I enjoyed my stay, especially with the vip upgrade we got. the location is great, very close to everything. the hotel was clean and modern, just what i expected! the staff were efficient. Check-in was smooth.
my room lacked coffee in it.

the free parking was very convenient. i appreciated how close it was to downtown, a short walk away. i also liked the affordable beer and hotdog deal. the place felt clean and well kept too.
the absence of a coffee maker was not ideal. it was weird that i had to pay extra for a fridge. the weight training equipment was not adequate.

I really loved the location. It put me close to fremont street. the bed was really comfortable and allowed for restful sleep each night. i also liked the dollar blackjack. It added a fun element to the casino experience. jamal provided excellent service. He helped my husband and i .
the room didnt have a fridge, this was inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks. i wish there was an option to have one in the room without extra charges.

the grand beautiful 2-queen room has adequate space with two queen beds. the television function properly and allows access to several channels. storage space for clothing was more than adequate.

the staff offered early check in to me. the young man, jamal, who checked me in was excellent and helpful. the staff generally seemed pleasant and tried to answer my questions.

The fat cat bar has a very extensive drink menu. pizza rock was very good. I wished i discovered it on my first night. i tried the two dollar hotdog and pbr special, this was pretty good.

the hotel was close to fremont street, so it was easy to walk there. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the casino had a nice atmosphere, even though it was a bit smoky. the hotel offered good value overall.
